Lois is Absolutely Fantistic best facial I have ever had! Really shown me the difference when a qualified beautican therapist carries out a facial with great products. Lois is patient efficient extremely skilled lovely friendly and professional manner. My skin glows after the treatment. Her threading techniqe is second to none! I have breast cancer causing hormonal imbalance. Lois is reassuring and supportive shown empathy. Lot of 'therapists have made me cry due to not being patient.

This is my third time getting the Hydrafacial at TLBC. Usually I have quite dry skin and my skin feels and looks absolutely amazing afterwards. Lois is really knowledgable and the treatment is so relaxing. Totally addicted and can’t wait to book in for my next appointment - I wouldn’t get it done anywhere else. Totally recommend to anyone who prefers the none invasive skin treatments. Genuinely feel like my skin is so much fuller and less wrinkles after getting this done! 10/10! Xxx

The actual manicure is lush but has made 4 of my fingers bloody, thought it was just as I hadn’t had a proper manicure for a while but it’s now been over 24 hours later and my fingers around my nail bed are still bleeding.
