Staff were friendly and the girl who did my lashes really cared for the result, she could have finished earlier her shift but she stayed more to give my lashes the natural result that I asked. My lashes look very nice, I would prefer it if they did russian lashes as well, but with individual nouveau lashes there is less damage on your own ones. Very nice experience in total.
