Love coming here the team are lovely but on the last 2 occasions I have visited it has been a bit rushed not like usual. First time the wax was running really low and the second time the girls only had a few spatulas Left for applying wax, not really good considering the business needs. Still love having my treatments done here though

The staff was quite friendly and I’m satisfied with the end result - although we started 10 min late and in the end the appointment stretched almost half an hour over time which resulted in what felt like a rushed finish. The beautician was manning the salon by herself for some of the time, taking phone calls and enquiries on site so she had to stop what she was doing with me occasionally.

I usually feel a bit intimidated in salons but the girls at LBC are great, super friendly and their bio gels nails are spot on! Attention to detail means they last way longer than those Ive had before and I get loads of lovely comments about them.
