Charged for an appointment I couldn't make, due to gastroenteritis which is highly contagious. I felt I was putting other clients and staff at risk if I kept my appointment. Told I couldn't swap my appointment for another day and would be charged for the missed appointment.

Just had a facial threading so I was peach fuzz free for Xmas. The staff were so lovely and welcoming! Lois, who done it for me was so sweet to me and done a great job..and it was pain free! Just told friends who will be getting treatments themselves here. 🥰
