This was my first treatment in the new venue, which is absolutely beautiful and spacious. My beautician was running a bit late (not her fault), but the girl manning the desk made conversation and was really friendly.
Chloe, my beautician, made me laugh quite a bit, she explained the microdermabrasion treatment as it was happening, and it felt like she made the effort to tailor my treatments to my preferences, which I'm really pleased about. She was also super friendly :-)
