The place seemed really nice on entering. One beautician was on her phone when I came in leaning against the wall. The room I was brought to for my waxing was OK but on one side of the bed the bin was overflowing and wax on the floor and wall. My treatment was fine but when it was finished and I was putting cream on I noticed she had missed quite a bit. Since my treatment was supposed to be everything off I was left disappointed.
