I was disappointed. I booked it for 3 people & had my pedicure confirmed in the day but had a call last minute saying that one therapist could not make it so only option was if there were 1 therapist to 2 people. It was last minute & had already made the journey there we agreed. We arrived for our appointment on time but had to wait 15-20minutes for the treatment to start on the first 2 by 1 therapist. After waiting an additional 20 minutes we cancelled 3rd pedicure.
