I am delighted to have such a great new nail salon open up towards the Eastern end of Roman Road. The salon is beautifully fitted out and the staff were very welcoming, professional and friendly. Very important for me is that I had absolutely no concerns about the standard of hygiene or potential exploitation of staff because the salon was very clean and the staff were clearly happy and had good command of English.

Lovely atmosphere, relaxing and clean. Was offered a choice of drinks before treatment which was nice.
I got the gel builder nail extension done on my hands- very pleased with the result, the nail tech took her time and made sure I was happy with the shape and colour.
Will definitely be back for a pamper pedi next!

Extremely chuffed with the results, my first treatment was a pedicure (normal polish) which to my surprise has lasted me over three weeks which i’m sure is due to the unique technique their nail techs use. Kind and respectful staff who really know how to make you feel at home and lovely to be offered a refreshment to enjoy during your treatments. The salon is clean and very well designed which is easy on the eye and also brings a whole new vibe to your typical chemically steamed nail salons. Will definitely be going back to this place, cannot wait to be pampered again!

I have lived in Bow all my life and I’ve never visited a nail salon as lovely as this one. Overall, I’m very impressed with the service I received. I was offered hot and cold drinks, free of charge, throughout my treatment (they serve Starbucks styled cappuccinos, lattes, hot chocolates etc). The lady who did my nails was lovely and I can tell she really understands the clients wants and needs. It was a relaxing experience, unlike anywhere else I’ve been. I decided to go for acrylic extensions in a gorgeous peachy/pink shade. They’re still going strong... plus my hands got a feature on their instragam page which was a pleasant surprise. The boss is also very lovely and welcoming. Will definitely be a regular customer!

I booked for 5:30, they made me wait until 6:40 before I could be seen. Instead of telling me it would be an hour when I arrived, she kept me hanging on, eventually saying I shouldn’t have been booked at that time as they were clearly short staffed. I would have left but didn’t want to lose my money (although I’ve now lost my dinner reservation!). The place does seem really lovely (it’s clean and looks nice) but she rushed through my pedicure so quickly it looks awful I’ll be taking it straight off. With disgraceful admin and quality like this, I defo won’t be coming back. What a shame.
