Lovely greeting by one of the staff upon arrival, was then shown downstairs by my hairdresser who was very friendly. He was very knowledgable about different styles, techniques and shapes which gave me confidence. Was quite quiet but not sure if that was because he was the graduate, overall lovely relaxing experience.
