For the last 4 years (?) I had long (really long) hair and, recently, I finally decided that I need to make a major change (also, long hair is high maintenance). I didn't know what I wanted in terms of final result but I wanted to go for somewhat short. Simone was amazing: he was able to walk with me through a few options, providing me with his feedback, he was very communicative, during the hair cutting itself time flew by and I'm very happy with the final result.
