I'm pretty furious to be honest. Booked an appointment, the technician was off sick but I wasn't informed prior to the appointment. Offered me 4:15 that day (couldn't do as work full time). Apologised profusely but nothing really done to solve it. I called the branch head office in Dorking, who said the manager would be in touch. I'm still waiting 3 days on. I realise it's a busy time, but my experience was disappointing. I've been twice before and had a good experience for other treatments. A silly thing to be cross over, but when you look forward to something all week...
Lovely staff and salon. Unfortunately my original booking was changed due to system error and my massage was cut short by 10 minutes as I arrived 5 minutes late other than that it was lovely.
