This was my first time at The Lash Vault and my first time getting a lash lift and I absolutely loved it!
Ramya was so welcoming and kind she walk me through the whole process and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed she was checking on me every time, also the consultation was amazing she recommended me what would suit me better and she was so right!
Then the atmosphere with all the other girls it was just lovely to be there, they all are very friendly and they talked between them with so much respect and love.
I would definitely come back and get my lashes done again and other services, I absolutely loved my results! ❤️
I got my lashes done by ramya and it was amazing, she was so attentive and sweet even offering me refreshments and checking in to see whether I was having any irritation. I loved the way my lashes turned out and I would highly recommend and book again !!

(I had my lashes done and teeth whitened during my appointment) I have been getting lashes done on and off for years and on my life girls these are the best lashes I’ve ever had! They lasted for nearly a month with no sections missing it’s actually shocking how well they’ve lasted. I’ve had so many compliments on these! And - I got my teeth 4 shades lighter in an hour session - highly recommend xxxx
This was my first time visiting The Lash Vault London and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I had a Korean lash lift done by Ramya, all the girls were incredibly warm, kind, and welcoming — they made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in.
Ramya took the time to have a proper consultation with me, explain the entire process and walk me through every step as she worked. She chose a curl and lift that suited my natural lashes perfectly and the results are honestly the best I’ve ever had (I have stubborn long lashes and the curl usually drops after a few days). I’ve had lash lifts done before, but never anything as beautiful, clean and long-lasting as this — it truly comes down to Ramya’s skill and technique.
I would happily travel 3.5 hours again just to have my lashes done by her. Highly recommend Ramya and The Lash Vault London!
