I’m leaving this review as was so upset. I’d booked for makeup for my party and 15 minutes before the appointment I got a text cancelling it. I called the salon and they said the MUA was unwell and they had only just been contacted. The lack of notice and fact I should have already been on my way there is what upsets me most. Very unprofessional. Was offered credit to use which I refused and insisted on a refund. I won’t be returning.

The first thing the therapist said to me as I arrived was ‘can you book via the website in future not Treatwell. I’m fully booked today.’ I found her manner and attitude to be quite poor and not like my last experience here. She wasn’t very informative and quite sarcastic in answering my questions. I had a great experience the last time but not sure I’d book again.
