On arrival, I was met by a great energy. She was very welcoming and I instantly felt comfortable with her. She walked me through every step, allowed me to ask as many questions as I could ask. The treatment its self was - AMAZING! I cannot remember the time I felt as relaxed as I was. Every step that was explained to me, was done and so gently too! The rejuvenatation felt great, she checked temp with me and checked in with me to make sure I was okay. I SAW A GLOW INSTANTLY ❤️ thank you x

I had the carbon facial for my birthday and despite never having had one before Rachel instantly made me feel at ease. She was communicative before and after the booking to make sure my skin really attained the maximum benefit. Her salon was such a lovely calm space and I left feeling super relaxed. The facial itself made an instant and noticeable difference to my skin which only improved as the week went on. Highly recommend and will definitely be going again!

Rachael made me feel really relaxed comfortable and was very professional throughout the whole process explaining each step when working on my face . It’s only been 3 days and I have noticed a difference already. Rachael went the extra mile and contacted me hours after my skin test to see if I had had any reaction plus on the evening and then the next day after my treatment as how I felt. All great I can’t wait until my next appointment. I would definitely recommend Rachel
