Elena is a professional in her job. Before I started the laser hair removal sessions, Elena explained every detail about the process. She took care that I fill in a medical form about any possible diseases or allergies and did a patch test.
I started to see a real difference after the second treatment. The treatment time itself is actually super-quick, for underarm treatment I was in and out in about 15 minutes. It is not painful. I trust Elena as she is a fully-qualified practitioner.
