The facial was lovely and lasted well over an hour. All of the products used smelt lovely and Elena explained everything as she did it. There was a consultation first qnd I found the whole experience extremely relaxing. My face looked lovely, clearer, smoother qnd more even in colour and even a little plumper. I'm very happy
