I approached Elena with regards to having laser treatment to remove hair from my top lip. Elena is very professional and she explained the science behind the treatment. I went laser hair removal and to my knowledge this wasn’t possible on tattoos as she noticed I had them and gave me options to take. She was very friendly and we went ahead with the treatment as I decided for her to go round them! She went through each step with me and I felt in good hands knowing she was talking through each bit. Can’t wait to go back for my next treatment.
