Elena has a lovely set up with the treatment room. I felt like she knew her subjects, I have used her previously for a facial and will be going back for some follow up facials in the coming months.
Was not so keen on some of the laser stuff it was a bit uncomfortable for me but it was over pretty quickly!
I like the products used (Matis) albeit they are pricey, but they do last. I am not sure if Elena does a loyalty reward for spend or frequent visit which would help the cost of the products?
