Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. They left me waiting for half an hour and then did my nails within 15 minutes in a mad rush. No chart to choose your colour, they just show you by opening all the gloopy gel nail polishes in front of you. No toe separators, and my nails have chipped within a day. £39 for a treatment that I could have done better at home. Terrible value for money. Do not book here.

Spa was empty no-one greeted me/told me where to go. The robe was damp bundled in a locker and had clearly already been worn. The treatment was fine and the girl that did it was lovely. It’s an amazing space, could so easily be a beautiful experience
