I was quite disgusted that the therapist was speak over my face when i was on the bed without a mask, and her saliva was spitting on my forehead and nose, i made it a point to not lick my lips incase i ingested anything given the covid virus (I sanitised my face twice when i got to my car and showered immediately). She talked alot which was distracting and even swore in conversation which didnt set the mood. I guess i am used to professional quiet rooms that are relaxing, and the only conversation had is prior to starting confirming problem areas, and the occasional check in for pressure. The massage was not as expected so i Unfortunately will not be coming back. I tend to like massages that follow a rhythm or pattern over my body which helps with relaxation i.e. the same technique done on the left as the right part of the body. Unfortunately this massage felt all over the place and unstructured. I found it VERY hard to relax. The heated blanket is nice an toasty, however the use of a duvet to cover my body was strange as i wondered whether it had been used before with another client.

Tracy was lovely& very friendly, she was able to give me lots of advice on how to look after my feet in post care and took her time to make me comfortable as this was my first pedicure, so much so I have booked another treatment! Thank you!

This was my first time at the ivy hut and I will definitely be back. I had a back facial and it exceeded all my expectations,by the end of the treatment I felt a huge difference in the look and feel of my skin. Traci is incredibly friendly, she listened to my concerns and gave me great skin advice. The hut itself is lovely, I felt very relaxed throughout the treatment.
