Lucy is brilliant! My hair is now nicely layered and very much in the style I wanted - long layered bob! I am sure the technique Lucy use, means easy managing after every washing. Wish I could add a photo. The only thing could improve is the finishing touch - oil/wax…Although I paid online, overall it’s good value.
