Ive been coming here for over 6 years. Treatments are always great and I love the team who have been doing my treatments all that time, BUT the booking admin has got terrible lately. Twice I’ve been in and one of the treatments I’ve booked has been missed or I have to wait ages between treatments. Nearly every time I visit there’s also a customer complaining about the same thing. I never leave with any confidence that my next booking is ever going to happen as it should. I keep coming back because of the long-standing staff and management really needs to do better for them. The whole booking inefficiency is making the relationship with their loyal customers difficult.
In short, treatments are great if you done mind paying roulette as to whether you’re going to get what you want if you book at the salon.
