The front desk service was disappointing. Although I had already transferred £90 and mentioned it over the phone, the system didn’t reflect the payment when I checked out. When I asked to see the bill, staff treated me with suspicion before finally confirming I was correct, but offered no apology. No one asked if I had left my coat, I had to ask myself. They took my drink order but never served it, while staff seemed idle. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional.

Definitely going here again! Everything was great - the staff were nice and professional. The prices are worth it too, you’ll walk out loving your hair and happy that you treated yourself to a haircut.
