I wasn't able to see on Treatwell (nor in the description nor in the categories) when I was booking it that a mini-pedi was for a child. I went to the time of the booking and Sonal told me that I would get my money book. It's has now been 6 days that I'm still waiting to be refunded. This is disrespectful.
Mistakes can happen on the customer behalf yet they didn't take any accountability and made fake promises.
