Friendly and quick wax. Temperature of the wax was very hot and my skin was burned on one side as a result. Running late on appointments. Nowhere to leave any of your bags/clothes in the room.

This is my local salon so I want them it to do well but I had a few issues with my appointment - the first was that the gel manicure I had didn’t set properly in the heat.
At the same time, it felt like my nails were burning/hurt when they were in the drying machine, which I’ve never experienced before from other manicures and so was a bit disconcerting. I raised this but got a shrugged shoulders from the person doing my manicure.
Two gel nails have damaged within 24 hours.
