I take a Pilates class with Mehret. She knows me very well and massage is often part of her holistic approach to looking after your needs as a whole. If I have problems wIth my arm, for example, during a session, next we'll followup with massage to release the issue.
In general, but especially over time, Mehret gets to know you and remembers what you need. She'll work towards relieving issues in the long-term given the time. Although I'd still recommend popping in even if you just want a relax!
