communication was great, some automated eg. Reminders and Rachel was in touch personally if I had any queries and knew where to go and parking. The massage was brilliant. Rachel was professional but relaxed and welcoming. There were a few questions first which meant the massage wasn’t just an off the shelf product it was tailored to me and my needs and specific niggles in my back. Compared to others massages I’ve had at spas I felt this was more unique to me. I felt I was in very safe hands

After a short consultation Rachel will will tailor each massage session to what you need on the day whether that's a targeted sports and remedial massage or a relaxing massage to help balance the body and mind.
