Venue relaxing edison great listener quickly understood what my goal was I had taken the time to bring a few notes covering my blood pressure readings , diet and workout routine. He went through all of these adjusting what would be beneficial and realistic for me . Had an acupuncture session then a final pep talk , a lot of info but all manageable for me Impressed committed and looking forward to seeing some prigress
