Amazing experience. Loved every second. The staff made my boyfriend and I very welcome and even surprised him with some cake for his birthday, he really appreciated it and thank everyone for making his birthday a special one.

The room of the hotel was small but very nice. The environment is top class, all staff is highly educated and nice.
The only problem with the spa from my perspective is that there is only a sauna, a steam room, a gym and a large and nice pool (18 m) where you can swim. However I would have like to have more facilities as in other spas I have been. I just expected more from a 5 star hotel in central london. Overall it is a good place and we enjoyed
Place, package and frankly everything was superb. Location was awesome and only surprise was that on a Saturday morning it was quiet in the spa and even more relaxing!
A superb hotel and everything that I had hoped it would be when I booked. This was a one night break for two of us for relaxing and spending a couple of days in London. The hotel is perfectly managed - the experience and the staff were all first class. The spa was peaceful and the massage treatment was incredible. Can't say enough in praise and will return to the hotel in future.
