I noticed she spoke gently to create a calming atmosphere, and warned me that my deep tissue massage might be a little uncomfortable and encouraged me to say if it was too much. It never was though, and, like I told her, it was exactly the amount of pressure my e x t r e m e l y knotted shoulders and stiff hips needed. She clearly knew what she was doing. I was so relaxed once I left that I felt like I was in a dream. Best massage I've had, definitely.
