Very Poor Customer Service. Booked my appointment at 10am, with prepayment however nobody turned up also with 0 possibilities even to contact anyone.

I booked on Treatwell and turned up at Hamptons Nails and Brows, which is a little section at the back of hairdresser, only to be told they could not fulfil my appointment. I payed in advance on the app, they never cancelled the appointment on the app, they never reimbursed me or followed up with an option for another appointment slot. So now I’m down the money from brow appointment and the taxi I took to get there and back.
