First time I had been to the salon and was quite anxious after having had the same hairdresser for over 30 years. Ella was absolutely lovely and made me feel comfortable and confident about the suggestions she made for me and my hair. She listened to my point of view and explained what she was doing as she worked, and explained what I could choose to do on subsequent visits should I wish. Thoroughly professional but personable throughout. Would highly recommend. Going to book for my daughter.
