Hayley was super knowledgeable, talented, happy to help and friendly. I explained my concerns and she helped me make decisions on my hair cut as well as offering me advice on how to care for my specific hair type and needs. Hayley also offered me some guidance on how to style my hair and which products I had at home that I could change out to improve my hair quality.
I was so pleased I immediately booked my next hair cut with her.

Hayley was friendly and welcoming upon my arrival. She offered to share some suggestions through her experience to help assist in my treatment and cut - I found this particularly useful as all I knew was that my hair was slightly damaged and needed a trim but did not know how to fix / what I wanted cut.
She explained the products she used, and why they were best suited for me, as well as provided aftercare suggestions. She is attentive and helpful and I would highly recommend.

I booked a restyling service as I wanted to take quite a bit off and needed advice on how to take care of my hair in a more natural curl-friendly way. Hayley listened to all my concerns and ideas about the restyling, kindly suggested what would and would not work with my hair type, and encouraged me to ask questions throughout the appointment. I am really happy with the haircut and the fact that Hayley styled it with a diffuser to get a natural look.
