I had an appointment with Sophie and when I arrived they told me another stylist of the same level would do my balayage. The result? My hair looks completely ORANGE. Not fair for a £240 treatment with a senior stylist. (The client service was great, but the balayage looks brassy).

Good day, I am really unhappy with my haircut, it is not what I asked for. This is my second time visit to your salon and the service I received could not be any more different. I was left waiting past my appointment slot, taken for a wash before the stylist saw the texture of my dry hair and discussed what we would do. I waited around the wash area for about 15 minutes to have my hair washed. The lady that did my hair wash was lovely although she wasn’t sure what she was doing with my hair as
