Sophie is friendly and professional, she goes above and beyond. She took the time to find out about my skin and preferences and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatments. She fit me in at short notice when I had a skin emergency!!!! She is the first person I've trusted to deal with my facial hair and she was sensitive and professional throughout.
I have had many treatments by Sophie and I must say from the very first moment I met her she has made me feel at ease. A few of my treatments have been more personal, (Hollywoods, spray tanning) yet Sophie's cheery and professional attitude has made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Many of my friends have since gone to have spray tans as they love the look that Sophie has given me! The salon itself has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere making it an absolute joy to visit. I would recommend Sophie at Defined Beauty to anymore.
Iv been to Sophie on many occasions and have had several different treatments. I'm very pleased with the service that I received and the treatments that I have had. I will be back again to try out different treatments as well as ones I have had previously
Absolutely superb! Lovely room in a hair salon, a little hideaway which is unexpectedly fab. I had the best wax ever. I presumed it was normal to feel sticky after but no... totally hair free with no nasty residue. Had a gorgeous facial another day and my eyebrows tinted and waxed too. All in all absolutely perfect and I won't be going anywhere else now I've found Sophie!
