I went to Hope in tears after losing half my hair in Thailand. She calmed me down and told me it wasn’t as bad as I thought. She was so lovely and actually saved more of the length than expected. I would definitely recommend her and will be going back.

I loved the atmosphere Friday it was vibrant with plenty of good feeling, Everyone who works there clearly and genuinely gets along with each other and this was infectious as I too was made to feel included and the venue was immaculate. Jaz is very patient and I discussed changing my colour slightly - this proved no trouble at all and I felt very safe with decisions made and advice Jaz provided, the pride in her work never fades and she's great fun too, Love chatting to all the girls thank you!
