had such an amazing experience at this salon! the staff are all exceptionally friendly and the atmosphere is so welcoming and honestly warming— you really feel like you can sit back, relax, and be yourself! the service was impeccable and was very happy with the results: this time, getting my brows shaped— and a previous time, where i got my hair done!

My arm was so badly burnt I am had to seek medical advice and have to use burnt cream for a week and hide from the sun during my holidays. I am considering whether to take legal action.
