It was ok.. And the waxing didn't hurt which usually does (a lot). I have very blonde hairs and some were missed, but I can understand. The treatment room was not cosy, bath robe was unfortunately dirty/used as I could see the wax on it and made me itchy so I will not be going back. I expect a certain lever of hygiene when having my intimate waxing done. Such a shame.. the owner of the place was such a sweetheart and I heard amazing things about the haircuts.. that's why I will not give a one star to this place!

Didn't have my regular hair stylist this time around. They still did a good job but not quite the same level as I'm used to. Will still go back but may ring ahead to ensure my preffered stylist is available.
