Good style place, great location. Technician was very friendly and competent. She explained the experience each step of the way. Nice relaxing music during the 'curing' periods. Painless process and good result so far!
When leaving though, front desk staff was a bit distracted. There were 2 people at the front desk and nobody made eye contact with me for an uncomfortably long time (they were talking on the phone for about a minute with me just standing there in front of them trying to get their attention to get my jacket)... Eventually I just went behind the staff desk and got it myself mouthing "I'll just get my jacket"! Left and waved/said goodbye and still no eye contact. Overall good experience and would go back, but it was just a bit of a weird experience at the end. Maybe next time just a smile and wave to customers if you are busy.
