Very friendly staff pleasant staff, on arrival I was early but I still wasn’t kept waiting. My hair was medium brown but has a lot of residual red from years of brown colouring so I was anxious about leaving orange but Daniel did an amazing job, got my hair lighter than I had expected, a nice golden/light blond and blended the colour amazingly, no big chunks of colour but a very natural blend from roots to blond, I was very happy with the end result considering it’s the intermediate blond on transition from brunette, definitely not an awkward transition. Fantastic job, great value for money. I’ll definitely be going back. Great staff great hair, 5 stars for sure!

Good points: staff extremely polite and courteous. Felt welcome and comfortable immediately. Receptionist friendly and took bag/coat. Therapist nice and chatty, waxing not painful.
Bad points: unfortunately the attention to detail was just not there, not just little patches of legs not waxed, virtually the whole front of my thighs were left (perhaps because the hair is lighter) and around my ankles. Less than a week later a lot of hair is growing back suggesting breakage rather than from the root. Now have to epilate to sort out.
Will not be returning.
