Had a lovely experience at the London Salon in Soho. It’s on a quiet side street but easy to find. My stylist was Zoltan and he was so lovely, listened to what I wanted and did a great job with the balayage and haircut. Very happy with the colour and cut, and I am a very picky client! Also excellent value for money, I have been to very expensive brand name salons and had a better result and experience here. Will definitely return.

Pretty disappointing massage, wish I had gone somewhere else. Massage was very weak and didn't change when I asked for it to be stronger. I was confused when I was told the massage was finished as she did not massage the front of my shoulders or neck like I asked and have had in all other massages (I also marked this area on the diagram at the start). Then I was just left in a room to let myself out. Music mix was strange, skipped a few times and was too loud so not relaxing. Not the experience I expected and I won't be returning.
