Had a hard time to get into the Spa as the door was locked. Had to call the spa to open the door. Then was waiting for about 15 minutes after my booked start time. The massage was good.

My first time getting a colonic and Melody was friendly, professional and reassuring throughout the treatment. You only spend 35 minutes on the actual machine but you do need the rest of the appointment to get yourself together. Overall it was a good experience and I will book again

She was lovely and friendly but the facial left me with a few bruises and small burst veins on the face which took a few days to leave and were hard to cover.
