Perhaps I was just unlucky or expecting too much but the Iyashi dome hasn't felt like it made any difference at all - although it was an unusual change from sweating in a steam room or sauna! I had to get dressed again into my clothes and sit in the restaurant/waiting room area before the colonic. I was sort of expecting to be in a towelling robe and taken from one room to the next directly. I thought I'd feel much lighter after the colonic but if anything I spent the rest of the day with a dehydration headache feeling a bit queasy and rushing to the loo. The juice cleanse was fine but not lifechanging. Overall it was what I signed up to, but I don't think I would spend the money on the experience again. The staff are always lovely here.

Agatar had a different style of deep tissue massage that took a little while to get used to but worked extremely well, finding the problem areas herself rather than relying on my direction. This worked well.
