A good massage but my overall experience was let down by a few small things.
On arrival, I was left waiting for at least 5 minutes whilst one of the staff was on the phone which was clearly a personal call. She saw I was there but gave no signal to acknowledge me nor finish her call to serve me.
The treatment room was pleasant enough and a good temperature so I didn't feel cold. The bed was ok but not very comfortable; wondered if the head rest was too far from the bed for me.
The technique of the massage was good - maintained firm pressure throughout which we great. Just disappointed that she didn't finish with neck, shoulders and face (as tends to be normal) which meant I was surprised when she said it was finished. But the therapist was nice and I got the full 80 minutes.

Staff and facilities at the venue where really nice. I felt very comfortable and totally at ease.
The massage itself was a little disappointing, I felt more like I was being moisturised than massaged and expected a bit more. The room was also really cold which made the session a bit uncomfortable. I think the bed was heated which combatted that slightly, but my limbs were certainly quite cold at times!
