My visit was generally very good. I felt like the procedure and staff were were not specialised in acne skincare (though the service was nice and she was friendly) they did not offer any care advice or make recommendations. It felt like the treatment was more for relaxation than for acne/cleansing purposes. However, the massage was a lovely component!
