This is my second visit but it was the worst, most painful wax I've ever had. The therapist was super nice and I put it down to my problem hair and pregnancy but I actually bled overnight after having been waxed in the same place over and over. She had used strips instead of hot wax, I had to stop before it was complete. I've emailed to ask if they can finish it off for me but not had a response yet, I think the therapist needs more training. In terms of ambience and cleanliness, on both occasions I've been here there hasn't been any toilet roll in the bathroom which is offputting.
