Overall the experience was fine, if a little low key. My beautician was lovely. But I was disappointed at the frosty greeting I received on arrival from another member of staff and not impressed with my treatment being interrupted halfway through for my beautician to be told that she had to 'keep to schedule' because there was another client after me, even though a paying client - me - was sitting right there. I also thought the number of colours available for nail treatments was fairly limited. Don't think I'll be coming back here.
