It was my first ever bikini wax in a salon and it was great. the therapist made me feel very comfortable, and it was really not painful! Both things that I was fearing.

Staff were rushing me as I was a bit late. Didn't feel very professional. Wax was not hot enough so slightly more painful than needed. Eyebrows are slightly uneven

Nice place, clean and welcoming. But the stylist didn't ask how I wanted my eyebrows shaped or anything and just got on with it. Once done they were neatened up but definitely could have been better with a little more time and effort spent on them. Bit disappointing but not awful by any means.

First of all, they were not opened when I arrived, someone else was outside waiting as well. You would expect them to be ready for their first appointments. Once they finally opened the door, no greetings nor apologises for making us wait and we still needed to wait for them to be ready... That assistant really did not seem bothered at all. My treatment went ok, although she seemed more bothered talking then paying attention to what she was doing and the result is that I still have hairs on my legs, she did not double check once she said it was all done. Back at home to rinse my legs, I saw parts of my legs with hairs and I am going away on holiday. The only reason why I might go back is that it is just 2 min away from where I live so it is easy but it is certainly not for the service.
