Very kind and welcoming staff. The actual treatment room was clean and everything was done professionally. Just general wear and tear outside of the treatment rooms was a bit run down but nothing alarming.

Spa is upstairs from the cafe, which I found a bit unusual but the treatment rooms were extremely professional and there were plenty of them. My wax was completed efficiently and to a high standard.
