In my opinion the spa offers a good range of quality services. However, the value for money is not great especially for evening and weekend prices, that are too high compared to a few places in the area and central london. I would also encourage to have better english speaking staff. Finally, i personally had a lot of back and forth calls with my appointments as i wanted to add one more treatment on the day and the manager was not around. The lady i interracted with on the phone didnt have enough knowledge, and had basic English, and had to consult a manager which caused unnecessary delay in booking an appointment.
